Marshall Lurtz
Mr. Lurtz is Of Counsel with LEPISCOPO & ASSOCIATES. His primary practice areas include class actions, labor and employment law, and personal injury. Mr. Lurtz represents clients in both State and Federal Courts, in addition to alternative dispute resolution forums.
Mr. Lurtz is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (CASD) and serves as the Employment Law Column Editor for Trial Bar News, a CASD publication.
Mr. Lurtz received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas. During this time he also studied Political Theory and German at the University of Bonn, Germany. Mr. Lurtz received his J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated with Honors. While in law school, Mr. Lurtz was an Editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and externed for Hon. Joseph N. Camacho in the Superior Court of the Northern Mariana Islands. Mr. Lurtz also received a scholarship to study both Private and Public International Law in Pristina, Kosovo.
When not practicing, Mr. Lurtz enjoys long-distance running, reading, hiking, and golfing. He also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
