Bill is Of Counsel with LEPISCOPO & ASSOCIATES. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1989, thereafter engaging in private practice. He served 14 years in the California Senate (1998-2006) and Assembly (1992-1998). While in the Senate, he chaired the Veteran’s Affairs Committee, and served as vice-chair of the Judiciary, Energy, Utilities, Insurance, Environmental Quality, and Select committees. During his tenure in the Assembly, he served as chairman of the Judiciary Committee and a budget subcommittee on state administration. He also served 8 years as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps.
